Estimator/Consultant for Knob and Tube - No Actual Wiring

I am looking for a licensed electrician to do a review of which circuits and or outlets that are still "active use" Knob and Tube in a 3 unit 4000 square foot building and provide a report clearly identifying those items by location along with suggestions for simplification of the remediation. We have a number of outlets that are capped off and do not need replacement. This would provide us with a working document to then request quotes from companies that specialize in K+T removal. Perfect for a retired or independent electrician. No crawling around etc. About 2-3 hours onsite time estimated.
