No Longer Available - Fabric Sofa - Canadian Made $225

This is a well-loved sofa looking for a new home! It's a comfortable, standard-sized sofa with a patterned fabric that adds a touch of vintage charm to any room. It's sturdy and has plenty of life left. Since it's a used item, there are signs of wear consistent with its age, which I've tried to capture in the photos. It's a great piece if you're looking for something functional and cozy without breaking the bank. Always used in a pet free, smoke free environment. Made in Canada. Looking at similar sofas on Kijiji, I've priced this one at $275, which reflects its condition and style. Just a friendly reminder: If you're seeing this ad, the sofa is still available and waiting for you to give it a good home! This item is available for scheduled pickup. It is currently in a storage unit north of the 401. Some coordination will be required to pick up this item and probably advance notice of 2-4 days will be required. A larger vehicle or trailer will be required for transport.
