The Morten chaise from EQ3 is one of their long running pieces.
This chaise was upgraded to a higher grade leather.

There are two very small spots on the chaise where a cat scratched it, those have been repaired with a reasonable match leather patch, pictured in third pic. Not my cat, though I do have dogs. No other damage, piece appears in good condition.
New, this chaise in this grade leather product is worth around $2300.
No low balls, happy to keep it longer if necessary.
