Customer Care Coordinator (PDI Technician)

Reco Cleaning Services is seeking for a Customer Care Coordinator (PDI Technician) to join our team in the GTA. The Customer Care Coordinator will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, homeowners, and stakeholders throughout the construction process. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently to provide clients with comprehensive and effective customer service solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and conduct Occupancy Day Procedures on-site
- Efficiently complete all necessary documentation and reports
- Work closely with construction, trades and all other personnel and assist teams on-site where/when needed to ensure deficiencies are completed and signed off in a timely manner
- Assisting purchasers with all Tarion Warranty related inquiries and concerns
- Perform a variety of customer care duties on-site such as Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), coordinate trade deficiency completions
- Assist with Closing/Occupancy Day procedures, 30-Day, Year-End Warranty submissions, etc.
