We currently operate two manufacturing sites in Colborne and Elmira, Ontario, and have supporting warehouses and sales representatives across Canada and in the Northeastern United States. Position: Customer Service and Logistics AdministratorLocation: Elmira, ON.Reports to: Office Administrator and Logistics Coordinator CCC Sulphur Products is seeking a Customer Service and Logistics Administrator due to increasing office demands and succession planning needs.Primary responsibilities:* Efficient processing of all e-mail, fax, telephone and E-Comm orders, and confirm delivery date back to customers* Work with carriers to develop a delivery plan consistent with customers’ needs and carriers’ ability to meet customer requirements within reason and in the best interest of CCC* Accurate planning, entry and tracking of railcar and packaging shipments* Accurate invoicing of customer orders and confirmation of freight invoices* Work closely with management to create and maintain customer profiles* Inputs and updates customer issues into the customer complaint system* Receive POs into system, ensuring all costs, quantities and other details are accurate* Ensure supplier pricing is always current/active for accuracy.* Assist in the processing of accounts payable invoices* Assist with and maintain the Standards and Operating Procedure manuals for the office, plant, and packaging operation* Assist with administration for the Environmental, Health and Safety activities* Act as a liaison between customers, product managers and sales team; follow-up on queries and issues* Check and resolve invoice variances* Process returns requests, debits, and creditsBackground Required:* High School diploma completion (College diploma in Business or a related discipline would be a definite asset)* 7- 10 years related experience in customer service or customer/supplier support environment* Experience in Accounting such as Account Reconciliation is a definite asset* Proficiency in MS Office; working knowledge of order entry systems would be an asset* Above average interpersonal skills and telephone skills to deal with customers (internal/external)* High degree of accuracy with an impeccable attention to detail* A strong team player with a high degree of initiative and positive attitude CCC is committed to providing accommodations for persons with disabilities.
