- Communicate with customers as leads come in
- Seek out new commercial and residential customers and actively create new relationships
- Door to door sales
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project scope
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for construction projects
- Present estimates to clients and negotiate pricing as needed
- Maintain accurate records of estimates and project documentation
- Looking for a good estimator with customers and does not mislead customers just to make a sale.
- Strong knowledge of paving processes, materials, and techniques
