We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and hardworking individual to join our Company's Safety and Compliance as well as dispatch Sector to promote high standards in Safety and Compliance in Trucking Industry in Canada.
DUTIES:
• Compliance Monitoring
• Pro active communication with drivers and brokers
• Handling service calls and maintaining service schedule of all the trucks and trailers
• Communicate with insurance office for any insurance related requirements for everyday running purposes
• Regular checking of paperwork of truck if it’s upto date
• ELD and Log Books Audit
• Driver Qualification Files
• Drug and Alcohol Program
• Equipment files
• Date entry for Fleet maintenance records • Driver Orientation
• Report and schedule follow-up with drivers on any violations, tickets, accidents, injuries claims and other incidents as they occur
• Work with other departments to improve driver retention and handle driver complaints
• Perform other administrative and general tasks as they arise Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Having AZ is an asset
• Knowledge of Hours or Service and MTO and DOT/FMCSA regulations
• Keen attention to detail, good time management and organizational skills
• Computer proficiency - Excellent computer knowledge - Word, Excel, Outlook, PDF, Email
• Trucking Software knowledge is a plus
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to organize work to meet deadlines • Data base management skills a must
• Available to work on some weekends if required
• Experience with other trucking companies is a plus
• G2 or G License- must have a vehicle to commute to customers home terminal.
• General understanding of North American regions
