Job Description:Job Description AnswerNet is seeking high energy, English individuals who have the motivation, desire, and drive as Inbound/Outbound Customer Service Representatives for full time positions in our Winnipeg office Your role will be the first point of contact for all our customers where you will showcase your exemplary and World Class Customer Service Skills. We are looking to fill early morning shifts (from 8 am) and evening shifts (till 10pm) . Must have weekend availability. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesReceive English inbound callsPlace outbound calls to existing English clients and customersAnswer questions from English customers and forward messages to clientsMeet Quality Assurance requirements and other key performance metricsMaintaining working knowledge of company products, services, and promotions for our clients Specific Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesExcellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skillsFlexible availability (we are a 24/7 call center)English candidate required for this positionExcellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, overcome objectivesStrong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced professional working environmentAbility to learn and navigate new software quicklyGoal oriented with professional work ethicsBasic knowledge of Microsoft OfficeLeadership skillsReliable transportationPrevious Customer Service experienceCustomer Service: 1 year (Preferred) For remote work you must have high speed internet, a pc/laptop with Windows 10, (Apple/Mac and Chromebooks are not allowed), and USB connected headphones with microphone and mute button.
