It has a PC graphics card, NVIDIA Quadro NVS 295. Supported by MacOS X but the boot firmware does not recognize it. So you boot "blind", then see desktop once things are up and running. Nothing unusual, that's how supported PC graphics cards and Mac Pro play together (unless you use a flashed card or OpenCore system patcher).
Incudes computer with power cord. Use your own DVI monitor and USB keyboard/mouse (Mac, or PC).
