A full parts list and total price are provided for approval before any payment or work begins. Payment Policy • The full cost of parts must be paid upfront before parts are ordered • Labour is paid upfront or on completion, depending on the build • I do not front parts costs for custom builds • Final payment must be completed before pickup or delivery Deposit Policy • Any deposit or upfront payment is non-refundable once parts are ordered • Deposits are used immediately to purchase parts specific to the client’s build • Deposit amount is the amount the computer parts will cost, without the labour fee. Cancellation Policy • If an order is cancelled before parts are ordered, no work is done • If cancelled after parts are ordered, the deposit is not refundable and the client is responsible for the cost of parts • If cancelled after assembly has started, labour fees are non-refundable • In case of cancellation, the builder may keep and resell the system Transparency & Proof • Clients receive a full parts list and price breakdown before payment • Receipts and tracking numbers are provided after parts are ordered • Build progress updates and photos are available upon request • All systems are tested before delivery Pickup • Pickup is arranged only after full payment Proceeding with payment confirms acceptance of these terms.
