The table and four chairs are solid, used as a kitchen table…The chairs are very comfortable as they are fitted curve seats and back . The table size without the extra leaf 44 inch diameter and height 29 inches, extra leaf 10 inches width….parents did not use the leaf and has been in storage for many years. Comes from a smoke free home..There are a couple of slight water stains on the table. information states there are remedies to remove them. Other than the water marks, this set is in excellent condition. One can be assured the construction will last many lifetimes compared today’s assembly line products. Viewing the set in person far exceeds the pics…
