This gives a lot of flexibility on setting up your dining area. Measurements: Closed 38" across by 26 1/2"wide, One Fold up Leaf up ad 13 1/2", Two Fold up Leaves in add 27" plus add to more 10" leaves making the table 38" across by 73 1/2" in length. The six chairs are in very good condition as well. It appears to us that whom ever owned this set used it for special occasions only and probably had a formal dining room. Delivery can be arranged.
