Dining table with 4 chairs *Solid wood which means they can be sanded then restained or painted. No particle board or melamine. * Table Sits 4-8- includes 2 leaves to extend table. * Seats detach from chair base so they can be recovered with fabric of your choice. Also solid wood. *Table Dimensions (approx) 53" x 40"(without leaves). *Noted imperfections: 1 chair has a crack repaired with wood glue. A few surface scratches on table top. Typical wear from a decade+ of use. Set being sold as is. *Porch pickup, near Gage Park in Hamilton. From a smoke free but cat friendly home. Table requires 2 people, currently in basement, base can be detached from top for transport. Perfect for student rentals, or furnishing someone's first apartment or home on a tight budget.
