Real wood dining table set with 5 chairs

Selling for an elderly person that moves to a nursing home. Antique dining table set with 5 chairs (one has broken armrest).All real wood,sturdy,and in very good condition except some minor wear Dining table is 54" long(without leaf),42"wide, and 31" high.Also it comes with extended leaf 12" wide 4 chairs are 18"high to the seat,and 38.5"to the back rest.Seats are 17" wide and 14" deep. The single chair with armrest is 18" wide,16"deep,and 38.5" high to the back rest.The armrest on the left side is broken at the back, and need to be fixed(See last picture).
