Selling is a Lovely elegant Vintage Solid Wood Rectangle Dining Room Table complete with 6 matching Chairs and a drop down/pop up Leaf for extending or reducing the table length. Table Dimensions: - Length is 72" with the leaf. Length without the leaf is 56" long - Width is 42" - Height is 30" From a super clean smoke free home. This table is in beautiful condition and shows extremely well for its age and normal use. (There is a tiny chip on the top as seen in an attached picture. It can be filled and stained if you desire.... its really not that noticeable from a few feet back. There is a couple bumps a a couple places...pretty typical of a vintage table). The table is solid and very well made. Pretty sure made in Canada. It's been in the family for many years. The Table has a convenient drop down or pop up extendable leaf that folds into the table itself underneath nice and compact and easy to utilize. This table has lovely decorative touches and features underneath giving it loads of character and a timeless feel to it. The style is sometimes considered "English Revival" style and its is certainly very adaptable for many home styles and decors. The table top can be removed from its base for transporting purposes if you are unable to move it assembled. The Chairs are beautifully carved. And have a grain to them almost reminiscent of the esteemed "Birds Eye" features. The chair joints are all solid and tight. The seats have been re-upholstered and are in clean lovely condition. They are highback chairs and built really well. The chair legs share the same features of the table enhancing the aesthetics and harmony of the whole set. . .
