Sweet Pup Needs a Home

I am an individual involved in Rescue work for the past 20 years in Brantford. Jorjah is a Rottie mix, she is 10 months old, up to date on her vaccines and is microchipped. She is on a waiting list to be spayed. I recently was able to get her out of a bad situation in my neighbourhood. Jorjah is a very sweet pup but has some issues due to her previous situation. She spent most of her time locked in a room with one person so she does have separation anxiety when left alone. We are working on crate training, gradually increasing the time spent in one daily, and she is progressing nicely with that. She gets along very well with male dogs, not great with some, not all, female dogs, which is not uncommon. She does not do well with small children due to the activity and loud voices. She needs a securely fenced yard as she is able to jump over a fence under 4 ft. high. She is a strong girl. She walks really well and overall, considering her past, Jorjah is a very good dog. She loves car rides and is great in the car. She will go with you wherever you go. With some patience and training, she will overcome her issues. Jorjah is very cuddly and just wants to be with you all the time. She listens well and tries very hard to be a good girl. She would make a great companion for someone who works from home or an active older person(s), would do really well on her own but also loves to play with another dog. I have socialized her with some dogs and for the most part, she gets along well with them. However, there have been a few that she did not like at all and reacted. She is housetrained.
