 Facebook: Perro Presa Please contact us if you are looking for the ultimate guardian for your family. We currently have one 3 month old purebred Presa Canario female available. She is impressive in size and structure, with substantial bone and a commanding presence. She has been raised with care and have been started on: * Crate training * Lead walking * Exposure to various environments for well-rounded temperaments Athena is now 3 months old and is offered at a reduced price of $2,500, which includes her completed ear crop procedure (stitches removed and fully healed). She has received five rounds of deworming (at 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 weeks), a comprehensive veterinary health check (with no concerns noted), her first DHPP vaccine, a microchip, and a Purina Pro Plan Puppy Pack, which includes a coupon for a free bag of food. Athena comes from exceptional bloodlines—both of her parents were imported from top Romanian kennels, and her grandfather is the renowned Cerber of Carpatcan. She has grown into a beautifully structured pup with excellent conformation. Athena has a gentle, affectionate temperament. While she can be a little reserved initially, she quickly warms up and becomes playful and loving. She is very well-mannered with children, not overly mouthy, and would make a wonderful family companion. 3 month old puppies are able to better control their bladder and bowels which is helpful for house training and homes that have working owners. Athena is now ready for her new home. We’ve reduced their pricing to encourage timely placement during their optimal window for socialization and training. Documentation and registration for our breeding adults are available for viewing upon request. We have proudly bred Presa Canarios in Canada for over 10 years, placing strong emphasis on: * Stable, confident temperaments * Versatility in various environments, including family homes * Sound health and structure We’ve carefully selected top bloodlines from renowned kennels across Europe. Puppies from our kennel can be found in homes across Canada. Our Facility & Philosophy Our dogs are raised on a spacious 100-acre property. We prioritize temperament, health, and overall conformation when selecting breeding pairs. Puppies are whelped and raised in clean, sanitary environments. From day one, they receive age-appropriate stimulation, nail trimming, and hands-on care to support healthy development. We pride ourselves on professionalism and a knowledgeable approach when working with both our dogs and prospective families. We believe the long-term wellbeing of your dog begins with its breeder. About the Presa Canario The Presa Canario is a large, powerful, and intelligent breed with a strong guarding instinct. Known for their majestic presence and distinctive feline-like movement, they feature: * A sloped topline (rear slightly higher than shoulders) * “Cat foot” structure, contributing to their graceful movement * Mesomorphic body—slightly longer than tall * Low-to-moderate shedding, primarily seasonal * Minimal drooling compared to other mastiff breeds. Often referred to as “dry mouth mastiffs” Presa Canario’s only drool immediately after drinking. These dogs require strong, confident leadership and consistent socialization. We highly encourage all new owners to enroll in obedience and socialization classes to foster a strong bond and ensure a well-adjusted companion.
