Looking for a Foster Home for my dogs (Short-Term)

Looking for a Foster Home for my Pomeranians (Short-Term) Due to medical reasons, I am seeking temporary foster homes for my adorable Pomeranians 1 per home from now until the end of the year. The dogs will come with all the essentials for their care, including an initial supply of food.
