Prairie Rough Collies has beautiful Rough Collie puppies available from our sweet pair Rosie & Doug. Both parents have excellent temperaments, are CKC registered and have passed genetic health testing. Rough collies are amazing family dogs, they are loving and very loyal to their families. As well as anyone who will giving them any form of attention. Rough collies also known as Lassies make well for being a first dog for families as they are incredibly intelligent, gentle and loving. They do well with other dogs, cats and various farm critters. Rosie is natorious for trying to steal the kittens around the farm and try to mother them. Rough collies do REQUIRE regular grooming as their coats are quite thick and long. It is recommended they be brushed weekly and visit a groomer very other month. Rough collies are a large breed.
