Dog for rehoming

Regretfully we have to look for a new home for our lovely shepherd mix. We are downsizing and our new place won’t be able to accommodate her. About her: She’s about four years old, very high energy, and very cuddly. She is motivated by food. She is generally good with other dogs, though not right away: she needs time to warm up, and can initially be reactive. She’s good with our family’s other dogs, but it took a few meetings. She is a bit stubborn and will try to break out of the house if you aren’t watching her closely when you open a door. That said, she’d be outside all day if she could, so a large outdoor property or a fenced yard would be essentially. Alternatively, someone who really wants to go for a lot of long walks or runs would be good. All her shots are up to date; she is spayed. She is good with our kids, though she likes to play hard so bigger kids would probably be better (though our youngest is six and she’s fine). We are not looking to recover any costs with her: ideally, we want her to find a good home. So, we’d say a minimum of $100 (to be donated to an animal shelter) would be our ideal. She must be rehomed by mid May, or else we’ll have to find a shelter to surrender her. Please feel free to reach out. Thanks!
