Luna is our gorgeous red Golden Retriever and truly the heart of our family. She is expected to deliver at the beginning of April, with puppies ready to go to their new homes end of May to early June, depending on her delivery date. In previous litters, we have been so lucky to welcome a beautiful variety of colors, including black, red, golden, and merle. We can’t wait to see what this final litter brings! About Luna Luna is, without question, the sweetest dog you will ever meet. We often joke that she’s our emotional support animal but honestly, it’s not really a joke. The moment anyone walks into our home, she somehow senses if they’re having a hard day. As soon as they sit down, she gently places her head and paw on their lap and looks up at them in the most loving way. It can turn the worst day around. She has been absolutely incredible with our children. Every night she helps tuck them in rotating between sleeping by my son’s crib and curling up in my daughter’s bed. When my son was a baby and cried at night, if she felt we weren’t getting to him fast enough, she would come lick our faces to alert us. She is truly the most caring and devoted dog. Luna has a beautiful deep red coat and is a medium-sized Golden Retriever with the gentlest temperament. Meet Dad – Dusty Luna’s boyfriend, Dusty, is a merle Mini Poodle. He is spunky, playful, and honestly one of the funniest little dogs we’ve ever met. Together, they produce loving, intelligent, family-oriented puppies. ✨ About Mini Goldendoodles Mini Goldendoodles are a cross between a Golden Retriever and a Miniature Poodle. They are known for their affectionate personalities, intelligence, and family-friendly temperament. Approximate Size & Weight • Height: 13–20 inches at the shoulder • Weight: Typically 20–45 pounds (size can vary depending on genetics) • Ours have varied in size — please see photos of past litters for examples. Temperament • Extremely social and people-oriented • Wonderful with children • Highly intuitive and affectionate • Intelligent and eager to please • Quick learners (great for training!) Many families from our previous litters have commented that their puppies share Luna’s calm, loving, emotionally aware personality. Shedding & Allergies Mini Goldendoodles are considered low-shedding due to their Poodle genetics. While no dog is 100% hypoallergenic, many families with mild allergies do very well with them. Coat type can vary slightly from puppy to puppy. Grooming Needs • Regular brushing (3–4 times per week recommended) • Professional grooming every 6–8 weeks • Routine ear cleaning and nail trimming Their coats can range from wavy to curly, and proper grooming is important to prevent matting. Energy Level • Moderate energy • Enjoy daily walks and playtime • Also love cuddling and being close to their family They adapt beautifully to family life and thrive when they are included in daily activities. How We Raise Our Puppies Our dogs are truly our lives. We are so proud to say we’ve stayed in contact with almost every family who has adopted from us. Many have shared that their puppies have the same loving, intuitive traits as their mama. Our puppies are: • Raised inside our home • Constantly surrounded by family • Socialized with children • Used to everyday household sounds • Introduced to outdoor time • Exposed to daycare settings for additional socialization I also have extensive dog experience, including time working in the UK with Huskies and Malamutes. Previous families have offered to share their contact information so you can hear firsthand about their experience with both their puppy and working with us. ❤️ A Note About Responsible Breeding If our puppies aren’t the right fit for you, that is completely okay. However, I kindly encourage anyone looking for a puppy to choose a reputable breeder. Manitoba has unfortunately seen an increase in inexperienced backyard breeders. You should always be able to: • Visit the breeder’s home • See where the puppies are raised • Meet the mother • Ask questions • Receive updates You will always be welcome in our home. We are happy to provide photo and video updates at any time. Due to high demand from our previous litters, we are sharing this announcement early while Luna is pregnant so we can better manage inquiries. Of course, we cannot guarantee the number of puppies or sexes, but the ultrasound did say we are having a large litter! When pups are born we will update the add with sexes and colours.
