*REDUCED*Solid Teak Wood Hutch Armoire/Cabinet – OBO

**Reasonable Best Offer - Must go** Beautiful solid teak hardwood hutch / armoire in very good condition. This is a substantial, well-made piece of real teak hardwood, not MDF or inexpensive particle-board furniture. Rich dark teak finish with distinctive lattice doors and plenty of storage. We used it as an entertainment/TV cabinet, as shown in the photo, but it is actually a very versatile hutch/armoire and could easily be repurposed as a: -Dining room or living room hutch -Bar / liquor cabinet -Linen or storage armoire -Media or entertainment cabinet -Bedroom storage -Statement cabinet The upper section has large double doors that completely conceal the interior when closed. The lower section provides generous storage with multiple drawers. Solid, and well constructed. It has been used and may show normal minor signs of age, but overall presents very nicely. Asking $425 or best reasonable offer. We would prefer a quick, straightforward sale, so reasonable offers are welcome. Pickup only. Please keep in mind that this is genuine hardwood furniture and is heavy—buyer should come prepared, but i can help you load that in your vehicle. It has been in the garage since we renovated and needs a good cleaning, so I am willing to let it go for a reasonable offer.
