MCM Kaufman 5-pc Furniture Set

Extremely unique 3-piece MCM set by Kaufman of Collingwood. Over the years I’ve attempted to find any remotely similar pieces with the circular chrome feature and have been unable to. It’s a very verasatile set that can be used in so many ways - I’ve had it in my dining room, bedroom, and living room, often breaking out the individual pieces to separate rooms. Suggested ideas include as a dresser and armoire in the bedroom, as a buffet and hutch in the dining room, or as a sideboard and end table in the living room. The pieces are heavy and solid and have stood the test of time. The set is in good vintage condition with no major damage. There are some minor scratches and a few small knicks on some of the edges - the set can easily be used in it’s current condition or fully restored to new condition with minimal effort. Features: Solid wood construction - front, sides, top, legs, doors, and drawers - I’m guessing cherrywood but not certain; Chrome trim and circular handles; Dovetailed drawers; Interior drawers with curved finished front panels. Armoire features 3 full-width drawers in bottom half and 1 full-width drawer with 3 built-in shelves in top half; Dresser/sideboard features 9 drawers, 6 of which are exposed (3 at each end), and 3 concealed centre drawers behind cabinet door - note the center is not sagging it’s just my camera; Two tall mirrors are detachable from the dresser if you choose to use the piece in the living or dining room; Side table features 3 drawers. Pickup preferred, although delivery could be arranged at buyer’s expense. I am open to offers but no lowballers, it is with great reluctance that I part with this set, as it is truly art.
