Job Description:Job Description We are a contracted service provider for FedEx Ground and we are looking for hard-working individuals to join our growing team. Delivery Driver Responsibilities:Safe operation of a commercial vehicle in a wide variety of conditions.Completion of all assigned deliveries and managing pickups within a given timeUse of hand held device to record all activity for the day.Maintain security of all packages and equipment assigned for the day.Ability to lift, bend, carry & load packagesOrganize and plan route using area map or route plan and navigation apps.Professional attitude and interact effectively with operation teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace be self motivated and work well on your own and as a team. Requirements:High school diploma or equivalentFull valid driver’s licenseClean drivers abstract (no more than 1 violation within last 3 years)Clean criminal background checkPreference will be given to the candidates with minimum of one (1) year commercial driving experience within the last (3) years ( cube van, straight truck, step van/truck ) Note: Shift timings and scheduled days of work may change from time to time based on business requirements; therefore, flexibility in your schedule is a required. ONBOARDING & TRAINING:All candidates are required to pass interviews, criminal history check, & have clean driver's abstract no more than 1 traffic violation in the last 3 years in order to qualify for the role.Training will be provided to those selected for the position Please be sure to include any relevant experience when applying for the position.
