Class 3 Driver

Class 3 driver needed Requirements: NON NEGOTIABLES * 1+ years of commercial driving - preference given to those with 3 or more * Valid class 3 license * Ability to pass a criminal background check including vulnerable sector * Must be able to drive manual transmission * Above average customer service skills * Above average communication skills - written and spoken * Knowledge of smart phones/apps - we require certain apps to complete your deliveries * Reliability - shows up every day prepared * Available to work between 7am and 7pm - this is not your set shift, however some days will require more than an 8 hour day * Basic mechanical ability and knowledge of the trucks you drive - greasing, boosting, troubleshooting etc. * Confidence to operate in all weather conditions * Safety conscious * Team player - we help each other out * Own transportation - our shop is not transit accessible Preferred: * Clean drivers abstract - we are realistic that sometimes we are human and make mistakes * 3+ years of commercial driving experience * Equipment experience a huge asset - forklift, reach truck, Moffett etc - willing to train the right person What we offer: * Competitive wages - wage will be determined based on experience * Overtime pay * Benefits after 3 months - 50% employer paid * Company provided cell phone * Bi-weekly direct deposit * Year round work * Home every night - we only operate provincially. Any out of towns that require over nights are booked in advance and only required of employees who have the ability to do so.
