Position Overview:
We are currently seeking experienced AZ License Drivers to join our team as contractors. The successful candidates will be responsible for transporting goods locally within the GTA, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods within the GTA.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of assigned vehicle.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members.
Complete necessary paperwork and documentation.
Requirements:
Valid AZ driver's license.
Minimum 6 months of driving experience.
Clean CVOR (Commercial Vehicle Operator's Registration) record.
Ability to pass a drive test with the shipper for insurance purposes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong commitment to safety and customer service.
Ability and license to drive a standard/manual transmission truck.
Clean safety abstract.
Compensation:
65% of the net payout from the shipper.
Bi-weekly payments.
Opportunities for additional earnings based on performance.
