Pay: CA$22.00-CA$24.00 per hour Job description: Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and responsible DZ Driver to join our container storage company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting container ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining a clean driving record. This role requires a dedicated individual with strong driving skills and the ability to work as a team. The Driver will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by providing efficient and safe transportation services. Duties Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods or passengers to various locations Ensure timely pickup and delivery of containers, adhering to scheduled routes and deadlines Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and proper functioning Maintain accurate records of trips, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance needs Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during operations Report any vehicle issues or accidents promptly to management for resolution Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained to ensure a professional appearance Operate forklift in our warehouse and yard Provide maintenance to our equipment when needed Skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and 3 years experience Strong driving skills with experience operating various types of vehicles Excellent time management skills to meet delivery schedules Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients Ability to stay focused and alert during long periods of driving Knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations relevant to commercial driving Operate remote controlled forklift with great hands/eye coordination * This position offers an opportunity for a dedicated individual to contribute significantly to our growing operations while ensuring safety and efficiency on the road.
