Hook Lift/Roll off DZ Truck Driver

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roll Off Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating roll-off trucks to transport waste and debris from various job sites. This role strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to manage heavy equipment effectively. Duties • Operate roll-off trucks to pick up and deliver containers at designated locations. • Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials while adhering to safety protocols. • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition. • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and any incidents that occur during transport. • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding schedules and any issues encountered on the road. • Assist in the maintenance and minor repairs of the truck as needed. • Follow all local, state, and federal regulations related to commercial driving and waste transportation. Requirements • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record. • Experience in freight transportation or heavy equipment operation is preferred. • Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus. • Basic knowledge of automotive repair to address minor vehicle issues on-site. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
