Long-Haul AZ Solo and TEAM Driver – USA West Coast Lanes (WA • CA • AZ) TEAM PREFERRED Position: Full-Time Long-Haul AZ Truck Driver / Owner Operator Region: Canada → USA (West Coast) Routes: Washington, California, Arizona Compensation: Competitive mileage pay + bonuses POSITION OVERVIEW A professional AZ Long-Haul Team Drivers required for steady, dedicated USA West Coast runs. This role involves operating a commercial tractor-trailer for extended over-the-road trips to WA, CA, and AZ, transporting various time-sensitive and general freight loads. Drivers must be comfortable with long stretches away from home, mountain routes, changing weather conditions, and high-mileage schedules. Safety, communication, and professionalism are essential. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ✔ Safely operate an AZ-class tractor-trailer on long-haul cross-border routes ✔ Complete pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections daily ✔ Maintain accurate Hours-of-Service (HOS) records and comply with FMCSA and Canadian regulations ✔ Ensure on-time delivery to West Coast destinations: Washington, California, Arizona ✔ Manage border crossings with accurate documentation (passport required) ✔ Communicate clearly with dispatch regarding routing, delays, and delivery progress ✔ Handle reefer freight as required ✔ Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform minor troubleshooting when necessary ✔ Represent the carrier professionally with shippers and receivers QUALIFICATIONS Required: Valid AZ Driver’s Licence Minimum 2 year of verifiable long-haul AZ experience Eligible for USA cross-border travel (passport required) Clean CVOR and Driver’s Abstract Strong knowledge of ELD systems, HOS rules, and cross-border compliance For Owner operator : Truck & Trailer must have Ability to operate safely through mountain regions and long-distance routes Preferred but not mandatory: FAST Card Experience running West Coast lanes Reefer trailer experience Familiarity with border procedures and mountain driving WHAT’S OFFERED Competitive mileage pay for long-haul cross-border miles Extra pay for layovers, border crossings, and additional stops High, consistent miles on established West Coast lanes Late-model tractors with modern safety features Roadside support and dispatch assistance Flexible home-time planning based on route cycles For Owner Operator : Fuel Rebate $0.10/ Gallon (Adjusted based on supplier discount ) pay $1.60 per mile
