We are actively recruiting professional AZ Drivers with 1 year of tractor-trailer experience out of our Oakville terminal. We now offer 3 separate dispatch boards so you can choose the exact lifestyle, home time, and mileage goals that fit your needs. CHOOSE YOUR DISPATCH BOARD 1. Long-Haul Board (West Coast Circuit) • Lanes: Run from the GTA to Thunder Bay (mandatory), down into the US Midwest, and out to California, Washington, British Columbia, Alberta, and Manitoba (there may be other States as well). • Home Time: Extended runs to maximize your miles. 10+ days on the road, followed by a multi-day home reset. 2. Mid-Haul Board (Core & East/South Circuit) • Lanes: Run from the GTA to Thunder Bay (mandatory), down into the US Midwest, the Northeast, and the Southern US. Excellent lane variety and highly consistent miles. • Home Time: Out for 5–6 days, then home to reset. 3. Regional Board (Home Every Other Day) • Lanes: Dedicated regional loops and hub turnarounds running into strategic, high-volume cities. Manage your logbook efficiently while staying close to home. • Home Time: Out for 1 day, sleeping in your own bed every other day. EXCELLENT FLEET DETAILS & COMPENSATION • Base Pay Rate: $0.50 per mile ($0.51/mile with a valid FAST Card) • Equipment: Late-model, well-maintained automatic trucks. • Health & Wellness: Single and Family benefit package including full health, dental, and vision insurance. • Thunder Bay Bonus: Extra $50.00 per run (applicable to Mid-Haul board) • Border Crossings: $20.00 premium per crossing • Northeast Premium: Extra $0.05/mile for Eastern Seaboard lanes • Accessorial Pay: Fully paid delays, multi-picks/drops, and layovers • Monthly Bonuses: Performance-based safety and efficiency bonuses • Annual Bonuses: Safety compliance retention bonus MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS • Valid AZ Driver’s License • Minimum 1 year of tractor-trailer experience • Clean driver’s abstract and CVOR (under 30 days old) • Ability to cross the US border legally HOW TO APPLY If interested in more information, please respond directly to this Kijiji ad, or text 416-722-8963.
