Our rental space offers plenty of room to move, ensuring that dance routines, gym workouts, and sport activities can be performed comfortably and without restriction. You may choose between Studio 1 and Studio 2 (see pictures for reference).
Tables and chairs can be setup and are available upon request.
Mirrors: The walls of the space are adorned with large mirrors, allowing guests to observe and perfect their skill, while also providing a visual aid for individuals practicing other activities.
Piano: available upon request and can be used for concerts and live music shows.
Stereo/Sound system: CD, AUX, USB and Microphone.
Flooring: The flooring is covered with a Marley surface which can be safely used for various activities. The floor is suitable for yoga and other exercises, ensuring stability and comfort during movements.

Birthday Parties: Our venue is an ideal location for hosting a birthday party. The space can fit roughly 100 people and there’s a cafeteria room next door with chairs and tables.

FAQ: How much?
Answer: We have two studios for dance classes, yoga, martial arts and other activities. The larger studio is 2,800 square feet, about 42x67 feet (starting at $90 per hour for sport activities, and $120 per hour for large group events), the smaller studio is 1,800 square feet, about 42x45 feet (starting at $60 per hour for sport activities, and $90 per hour for larger group events). The larger studio can be used for concerts at $150 per hour minimum 3 hours. Payments in cash, by debit or credit card. Cleaning/damage security deposit required.
