Our yoga session kicks off in the charming barrel room, guided by certified yoga instructor Aleena Mckinnon, ensuring a truly relaxing experience. Picture a slow-moving meditation with breaths synchronized to watery, rhythmic, and sweet movements—a perfect way to let go and find serenity. To conclude, a guided meditation will help melt away any stress accumulated over the past months.
