Our underpinning service involves excavating sections under the footing and placing concrete blocks under each section. When the sections are marked out, the soil is removed according to the required depth. After that, wooden forms are put to support and concrete is poured. When the concrete is cured, adjacent section is excavated and filled with concrete. Once all the sections are cured, the extra earth is extracted and a new layer of concrete is added.
Usually, older houses have shorter basements with height lower than six feet. If you have a similar basement and want to increase its height, Pour Concrete will help you with it. Our team consists of qualified structural engineers who will check the basement of your home and suggest you a suitable height for underpinning in GTA.
