Great thread mill that does an excellent job. Like it that it can be folded up in summer so it doesn’t permanently take up space in the room.
You can prop an iPad on it & watch a movie while exercising . All in the comfort of your own home. Not need to travel out in, exercise as and when you like regardless of rain & snow. A good way to encourage your whole family to work out too, especially for those who don’t like to go to a gym.
