    Set of Bowflex Power Rods total 310 lbs with its original Box and screws. Will fit several types of Bowflex home gym as Ultimate 1 and 2, Xtreme 2 SE, Blaze , Sport and Exceed and maybe more that I don't know. Includes original strap and 2 home made wood rod to keep rods together easier. Bench is not included.
