We first saw it at the CrossFit Games in 2016 entitled The Snail. You can load it up with sandbags, we maxxed out @ 400lbs, anything higher is strongman stuff, get low and push it. Ours has only been used indoors on tile, hard wood, rubber floor and turf. Ours was also multi purposed and used as a bunker for laser tag and for plyo metrics. Kids and adults loved jumping on/over this. We also used ours for push wars. As mentioned above, it holds sandbags. We chose to fill ours with weighted slamballs instead (not included).
