    Lightly Used, in very good shape. Current equivalent Total Gym machine is 700$ on Amazon. Excellent workouts using body weight and resistance (leg presses, rowing, crunches, squats, etc, etc.). See attached YouTube video or many other YouTube videos and information online on these machines. Includes all accessories from original purchase as pictured. Moving back to Alberta soon.
