The rower is missing its handle. At some point in its previous life, the handle broke apart from the strap, & was lost. New handles & straps can be purchased online from various retailers. Then, the rower just needs its wheel casing opened to reinstall the new strap & add the new handle on the end. The screen portion of the tower powers on & works perfectly fine.
This machine retails for $1,000 CDN & I believe it may be discontinued.
