Hi, I'm Jason, I have 22 years of experience Framing/Renovating residential homes, Decks, Fences, Sheds, Tennis Pavilions, Basements, Drywall, Painting, Flooring, Baseboard, Trim work, Gazeebos, Boathouses, Garages, Lofts, Workshops & Storage Shelves. I can also assist you on your own projects with DIY Help - OR - Trade Training Employees! I'm a confident and proficient builder who enjoys the job! I take a lot of pride in my work. My projects are built square, straight, plumb, level, and to code with quality craftsmanship. I can provide references and other Subtrades if required. Current Licenses: Boat, WHMIS, Working at Heights, Ariel Boom Lift, Forklift 4,5,7 I can do Piece Work by linear/square foot - OR - Hourly. Hourly Carpentry/labour work is based on a $44/hour wage.
