For the SALE of your home our total fee is $699.00 including GST. This includes our legal services, tax and land titles searches, mortgage payouts and deliveries within Calgary. The Sale of a single dwelling requires a Real Property Report with a stamp of compliance. The Sale of a Condominium requires an Estoppel & Insurance Certificates. Theses expenses are the Sellers responsibility.
