MEC Spark 1-person ultralight tent

I'm selling my amazing MEC Spark 1-person ultralight tent! I don't really go camping and it's taking up space. Since MEC doesn't make it any more I thought someone who's looking for a great ultralight option would be interested. It's an amazing, high quality, super-light, really compact tent that I only used a few times. Perfect for backpacking, bike touring, etc. and a more roomy option than a bivy sack but still minimalist and holds up. Purchased in 2017, used a few times on a bike trip. The tent itself is in great condition and comes with all the pegs and poles. The only thing is that the shock cords in the poles have lost some elasticity so could use replacement or a workaround. I will also throw in a free homemade groundsheet (made of Tyvek). The carry sack is also included. It's a bit worn because it's a delicate material, so it's kind of "scratched" (a bit worn out) from stuffing and taking out the tent (pics to come) but that's it.
