Looking to regretfully sell my 8x16 ice shack. Quality construction. Yes it is heavy but built for abuse and longevity. Please don’t ask how heavy it is because I’ve never weighed it. Easily towed by my tracked SxS for 7 years now. 2x6 PT floor frame construction with painted 3/4 PT decking. Foam floor tiles. Floor is insulated. 2x3 wall framing with 2-1/2 insulation. Ceiling is insulated. Steel roofing. Wood stove with insulated stainless chimney. New plastics on the 6” skis last year. Tow bar attached. 6 catch covers. Four beds. Bottom two fold up. Six fans to circulate the heat. Wired for generator with several outlets. Wired for antenna (included). Also wired for satellite TV (not included). 3 overhead LED lights with two wall mounted lights. Also exterior light. This is a great shack with many great memories but work has limited my ability to use it. I had it out for Family Day weekend and it is back in storage on the South Shore of Lake Nipissing. Could still be taken back out this year. Otherwise the 2024 storage fees have already been covered. Unsure of what to ask for it so will consider all respectable and reasonable offers.
