PLEASE NOTE: This tiny home trailer is not a frequent traveler due to weight of full-time, off-grid living supplies (*no issues with travel otherwise). This was the idea when originally designed. 2008 King Cobra Model 24-Foot Enclosed Utility Tow Trailer Conversion Project. Our goal was to turn it into a Bachelor 1 Bath, 4-season, offgrid, tiny house, furnished for Canadian winters up north (*skirting not included). Reason for selling: Still can't seem to find the right piece of land. Originally purchased in great used condition Fall 2021 from a capable woodworker / renovator. It was gutted, spray foam insulated behind walls (DAP kit, closed cell R-5 rating), with electrical outlets installed (initial work completed Fall 2022). Then, the rest of the off-grid components were completed December 2023. Converted toy hauler style (barn door) one level. (*This is the best model in composting toilets in my opinion).
