Consession Stand or Ice fishing Shack

Hi, I have a newly build 6’x12’ consession stand for sale. Build this past summer for an event in village. Pressure treated floor with sheeting on both sides and 4” R20 rigid insulation, walls are 2x4 construction with R10 rigid insulation and roof is 2x6 with R20 rigid insulation. Has A/C and counter build inside. Could very easily be transformed into a ice fishing shack, build it with 6x6 skids with 1/2” UHMW plastic sliders, moves easily with a side by side. Outside is covered with tin, bit of damage as seen in the pictures but can include extra sheets for replacing if needed. Would make a great Consession stand for any event! Located in Chortitz MB, delivery could be arranged for a fee. Asking $5000 obo
