I myself grew up very depressed and overweight. Through hardwork and a lot of trail and error I lost over 90lbs, and built the body I only dreamed of when I was a kid.
I've helped many people achieve similar feats, often exceeding my client's own expectations.
I have a fun first mentality, fittness doesn't have to be bitter medicine, it's a lifestyle. And it should be fun.
I train out of the beautiful Evolve Brentwood. A state of the art facility absolutely stacked with amenities.
