4 Week Strength fat Loss Challenge- Looking for 4 people only
My name is Rich Bykerk and I specialize in training men for fat loss and adding lean muscle.
I put a huge emphasis on strength training for fat loss, and I want to help you maintain/add muscle mass, while shredding that fat off for good.
Limited spots though as I am taking 4 men only.
Start date will be Monday May 7th
How it works:
-You will be training with me twice per week and twice by yourself - I will however will provide you with the workouts to do by yourself whether you have equipment or not(If you don't have equipment, I will provide you with body weight exercises) - The two workouts with myself will be on Monday and Tuesday Evening, either starting at 6 PM or 7 PM - It will be an upper/lower split routine - The workout itself will be about 45 minutes. And the other 15 minutes I will teach you everything you need to know about losing fat for good, and how to add lean muscle
How do you qualify?
- You qualify if you are determined, committed, and serious about burning fat - You qualify if you like lifting weights - You qualify if you are willing to learn
-The fee for the challenge is 80 dollars per person. - This includes 16 workouts made for you (8 with me, and 8 I will provide to you) - 2 Assessments with measurements, before and after pictures, body fat percent, and weight recorded - This includes learning about fitness and nutrition twice a week so once the 4 weeks are done you have a lot more knowledge on how to proceed - This includes phone and e-mail support throughout the day if you have any questions.
