Whether you want to lose fat, build muscle, boost strength, reshape your body, or simply eliminate stress from your mind and body, we have the program for you. Join us weekly for a highly accessible program designed for all, in the exploration of your nutrition, body and mind.
Every Wednesday at 6:30 pm. No experience is necessary. Please bring your yoga mat and a bottle of water.
SIMPLE NUTRITION You can’t out run your fork. That’s why we will help you with an easy-to-follow and personalized nutrition program that will match up with your fitness goals.
GOAL SETTING We will sit down with you to set specific goals and create your individualized plan to help you reach YOUR optimal body. Let’s set some goals then demolish them!
TRAINING All sessions incorporate strength, cardio, stability, toning, and flexibility, warm-up and cool down yoga and meditation. This will build lean muscle, burn calories and fat, change your body shape and your mind set and take your health and fitness to the next level!
FOLLOW UP We won’t leave you hanging. Throughout the In One Body program, we will have 1-to-1 nutrition coaching sessions and ongoing assessments to ensure you are on track to that dream body!
Class fee: $12 cash only or 10 sessions membership for $100, valid up until 30st of May for our indoor activities and all summer for our outdoor activities
