I'm willing to give a few times a week the opportunity for free personal training. I have been in to fitness (weightlifting) for 12 years straight now, I know alot about nutrition and the tricks that get you results fast. Women only please, guys tend to waste my time sorry. 6pm to 8pm during the week you can come with me on my routine which covers everything . Weekends I should be able to get a session in for you. This training won't continue for ever, just until you get a hold of what it is that you should be doing and then you can carry on on your own :)
