We offer high intensity interval training (HIIT) in a fun and energetic format. Our sessions focus on not only metabolic conditioning to burn fat, but also incorporate an array of strength training techniques that will help sculpt and strengthen your body so that everyday actives become more enjoyable. Participants will learn how to use various resistant training pieces as well as different metabolic movements to effectively succeed in achieving their fitness goals.
As our sessions are facilitated by two formally educated health and fitness professionals, comprehensive pre and post physical assessments as well as in class evaluations to maximize your progression will be conducted. The sessions will be performed in an obstacle course like setting however, the availability of tailored intensities and movements makes these classes beneficial for anyone who wants to become healthier, stronger, and have a great time.
Currently, sessions will be held in the Dixie/Dundas Mississauga area on Tuesday and Thursday. Introduction sessions run from June 19th to June 28th.
