Welcome to AlliRoss Fitness!

The Studio offers private in-studio & in-home Personal Training as well as small group strength based fitness classes - for both advanced or beginner levels.

The studio itself is on the third floor of the old Lech's Furrier building and after having gone through a unique and modern renovation that has left the exposed brick throughout, its got to be one of the coolest spots to train in.

In the Studio we put good use to more modern pieces of "equipment" as opposed to using a bunch of machines. You'll find dumbbells, Battle Ropes, TRX, Kettle Bells, Sandbags, PlyoBoxes, Chin Up bars, Punching bags, Ballast Balls and many more "fun" pieces to make you sweat. All of the above comes together, with the help of yours truly of course, to support increases in each individuals current strength and cardiovascular endurance. We combine plyometric and explosive exercises with straight strength training in a unique way, catered to each individuals needs & wants. Oh, and you won't find a treadmill or bike in here.

Just so we're clear, I encourage getting outside your comfort zone, burning off the beer, being positive & realistic, sweating daily, eating epic, saunas & massages, sleeping lots, copious amounts of water, motivating T-Shirts, 'anything Arnold', planks completed all over the world, & of course lifting things & moving fast-ish or fast-er than before lol. That is what this Studio is about. All in the plight of better abs. If you think it's for you.... please continue. Oh, and yes I allow you to bring your baby or kids to nap or play iPads while you workout.

Small Group Classes are :

5STAK - beginners timer based 30 min workout every Wed at 4:45 6STAK - non-stop 40 min timer based workout every Monday & Wed at 5:20. Shelby Special (fit moms 6STAK) every Wed at 6:35-7:30) (*please see my web site or use the contact provided for more info on dates & prices) PLUS: I teach a class at PRHC (for staff) over the lunch-hour every Mon-Wed-Fri at two convenient times of either 11:45or 12:15.

Men, Women, Dads, Moms, Teens, or Grandparents already fit, just starting out, injuries or not…. I would love to help you get to where you want to be physically & mentally. I have worked with every possible type of client it seems and I know I can help you get to where you want to be. The Studio is more than just a place where your fat comes to die & your abs pop out finally, it’s a positive environment that will help you make a shift into the healthy lifestyle & mindset you’ve been thinking about. Everything you do in here will be difficult but equally worth it. Whatever your goal may be, I can help you achieve it.
